WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR AN E-DESIGN PACKAGE?
Turnaround time truly varies based on each project and my schedule at the time, however, you can expect your first rough draft around 2-3 weeks from your project start date. From there, it is dependant on how many changes and drafts are requested, as well as your own feedback turn around time. I require feedback to be given on a project at least 5 days after a draft is sent, that way the project can stay on track! For the Totally Transform Package, the average time frame from start to a finalized plan is about 2 months. For the Dare to Dream package, if you do not purchase extra changes, then the turnaround will be about 2-3 weeks.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE TOTALLY TRANSFORM PACKAGE?
In order to book a start date, you are required to pay 50% of the total project. The remaining balance will then be paid within 7 days after the project is finalized.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE DARE TO DREAM PACKAGE?
Due to the quicker project time line and lower price point, the Dare to Dream package requires payment in full.
ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Absolutely! We can set up a specific payment plan for you if needed. The project would then start once you have reached the 50% deposit mark. However, you will be required to complete the remaining 50% balance once the project is completed.
WHAT IF MY ROOM IS AN OPEN CONCEPT?
For open concept spaces, I would recommend setting up a 1:1 call prior to booking. The price of each package is per ROOM, so for an open concept, you would typically need to purchase a design package for each "designated room"in the open concept. Not all open concepts, however, are the same! Which is why I would recommend setting up a call to see if there is a more custom package we can create for you, that works best for your room's needs!
WHEN IS IT BETTER TO PURCHASE THE DARE TO DREAM PACKAGE?
My Dare to Dream package was specifically created for people who need help VISUALIZING what is possible in their room, but ultimately want to be in control and bring the design to life in their own way. This is great if you love design, but just bought a fixer upper home and really want to visualize the possibilities of what it could be, so that it can then spark your creativity to bring it to life on your own! For example, recent clients have been people who just bought a home for long term rentals, and wanted to see how to modernize it with paint colors and cosmetic renovations. Another client was an influencer who had a tricky space and wanted to see how I would transform it with visuals to help her know what ideas to pursue on her own.
WHAT IF I WANT CHANGES ONCE I RECEIVE MY DESIGN DRAFT?
NO PROBLEMO! With the Totally Transform Package, you get UNLIMITED changes! That means you are guaranteed to walk away from your final design with something that YOU truly love. With the Dare to Dream Package, I wanted to make this as affordable as possible, so you will only get one round of changes during the rough draft, however you can purchase additional changes at checkout or add that on after you receive your plan!
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM GOES OUT OF STOCK AFTER THE PROJECT IS FINALIZED?
I have a 1 week grace period after your project is finalized should an item go out of stock. If that happens, I will source another item for you at no additional cost. If more than 1 week has passed, there would be an additional fee to source a new item for you. I try to pay attention to low stock items throughout the process, and will try to notify you or mark it on your source list so that you know to purchase it ASAP if you love it!
WHAT IF I PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT YOU SOURCED AND I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN IT COMES IN?
That's a bummer, so please notify me so I know for future clients, however, I will not be financially responsible for replacing the item. If the item arrives while we are still working on the project, then I can source a new item at no additional fee. If the item arrives after your plan is finalized, there will be an additional fee to source a new item for you. This is why I recommend to look through the source list and items closely once you receive it, so that you can make sure it is the right piece for you before purchasing!
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON DESIGN SERVICES AND TRAVEL TO WORK ON A CLIENT'S HOME?
I do! This would fall under the V.I.P. plan, so if you are interested in any traditional design services, even having me travel on location, please schedule a 1:1 call so that we can talk through exactly what you are looking for and I will then create a custom quote for you! In-Person Services Include: On-site styling, Contractor Management, DIY implementation, On-site Design Sessions, Vendor Meetings, etc. We can also do a combination of E-Design AND traditional design services!
